Discontinuation of the Previous Client Portal
The previous client portal for electronic data transfer was decommissioned as of the end of December 2025. The platform has not been available since that date. With this step, we are modernizing our infrastructure and creating the foundation for even more efficient and secure collaboration with our clients.
New Solution: Data Transfer via SharePoint
As a successor solution, we are now using SharePoint. Data exchange will henceforth take place exclusively via this platform.
SharePoint offers a user-friendly interface, structured document storage, and enhanced security standards. This makes the exchange of sensitive documents not only easier but also significantly more secure.
Access and Activation
Access to the new SharePoint platform is provided directly by your contact person at Aeberli Treuhand AG.
If you have not yet received access, you may request it at any time from your responsible contact person. Once access has been granted, you will receive an invitation along with all necessary information for signing in.
For the login process, we have also prepared a detailed login guide, which will be provided to you as a PDF document. This guide supports you step by step when accessing the platform for the first time.

Access Validity and Security Measures
To further enhance security, access to the SharePoint platform is limited to 365 days. After this period, access will be automatically deactivated. If continued access is required, it can be easily requested again from your contact person.
This measure serves to protect your data and ensures that only authorized individuals have access to confidential documents.
Notification upon Employee Departure
If employees leave your company and no longer require access to the SharePoint platform, we kindly ask you to inform your responsible contact person at Aeberli Treuhand AG. This ensures that any unnecessary access rights are promptly deactivated and that the security of your confidential data is maintained at all times.
